ATHLEMETRIC (“ATHLEMETRIC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a sports performance application available at https://athlemetric.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information in connection with the ATHLEMETRIC website and application (the “Service”).

ATHLEMETRIC is intended to support sports training and performance insights. It is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with ATHLEMETRIC. Please read it carefully.

  • Workout history, including records of past training sessions.
  • Performance metrics, such as measures derived from training and activity.

  • Recovery-related metrics, including information used to understand rest, readiness, or recovery in a training context.
  • Technical and device information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service, such as device type, application or browser information, log data, and similar operational details.

We may collect this information when you provide it directly, when it is generated through your use of the Service, or when it is received from a connected third-party service that you authorize.

Information From Connected Services

You may choose to connect third-party fitness and training services to ATHLEMETRIC, including Intervals.icu and other similar services.

When you authorize a connection, ATHLEMETRIC may receive data that you have permitted that service to share. This may include training, activity, workout, performance, physiological, and recovery-related information, as well as related identifiers needed to maintain the integration.

The specific data received depends on the permissions you grant and on what the third-party service makes available. ATHLEMETRIC does not control those third-party services, and they have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any service you connect.

How We Use Information

We use the information described in this Privacy Policy to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Create and manage accounts and profiles
  • Display, store, and organize training, workout, and performance information
  • Generate training and performance insights
  • Support recovery-related and physiological analysis in a sports performance context
  • Maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service
  • Improve the Service and its features
  • Communicate with you about the Service, including responding to requests
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Service and its users

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for advertising.

AI and Automated Analysis

ATHLEMETRIC may use automated processing or AI-assisted analysis to interpret training, recovery, physiological, and performance-related data. These outputs are intended to support training and performance insights.

Automated or AI-assisted analysis may help surface patterns, summaries, or suggestions based on the information available in your account. These outputs are not medical advice, medical diagnosis, or clinical assessment, and they should not be relied on as a substitute for professional medical or healthcare judgment.

Where automated or AI-assisted analysis is used, it is intended to assist interpretation of sports performance data. It is not described here as making fully autonomous decisions about you.

Data Sharing

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors and partners that help us operate the Service, subject to obligations to handle information appropriately.
  • Connected services. With third-party fitness and training services you choose to connect, as needed to maintain those integrations.
  • Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of ATHLEMETRIC, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, if such an event occurs.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for advertising.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the Service, for legitimate operational purposes, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, how it is used, and applicable legal or operational requirements. This Privacy Policy does not set a fixed retention schedule.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete it, except where retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Data Transfers

ATHLEMETRIC may process and store information in countries other than the country in which you reside. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country.

Where required by applicable law, we take steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards for such transfers. The specific mechanisms used may depend on the context of the transfer.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data we process about you. These may include rights to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Request deletion of personal data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Request portability of personal data
  • Object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

The availability of these rights, and any conditions or exceptions, depend on applicable law. To exercise a right that applies to you, contact us using the details in the Contact section. We may need to verify your request before fulfilling it.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

Connected Services and Disconnecting Integrations

You may choose to connect third-party fitness and training services such as Intervals.icu. You may also disconnect integrations where the Service allows.

If you disconnect an integration, ATHLEMETRIC will stop receiving new data from that service through the disconnected connection. Information already received may remain in your ATHLEMETRIC account until you request deletion or otherwise remove it, unless a different treatment is required by law or technically necessary to complete the disconnection.

Disconnecting an integration with ATHLEMETRIC does not delete your account or data with the third-party service. Third-party services have their own privacy practices, terms, and account controls.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your ATHLEMETRIC data by contacting us using the details in the Contact section.

We will take steps to delete the requested information. Some information may need to be retained where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

This Privacy Policy does not specify a guaranteed deletion timeframe.

Age Eligibility and Children’s Privacy

ATHLEMETRIC is currently intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The Service does not currently support accounts for users under 18, and it does not provide a guardian-consent flow.

During registration, we ask you to confirm that you are at least 18 years old. That confirmation is a self-attestation used as a product eligibility gate for the current release. It is not verified proof of age or identity verification, and registration does not collect date of birth.

This eligibility requirement reflects how the Service is currently offered. It should not be read as a statement that age 18 is a universal legal requirement in every jurisdiction, or as a claim that ATHLEMETRIC complies with every child-privacy or age-related law that may apply.

If we learn, or if you inform us, that a person under 18 has provided personal data contrary to the Service’s eligibility requirements, please contact us using the details in the Contact section so that we can assess the situation and take appropriate action.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
